Problem with new updates and editing

I just updated to the most recent version of Concrete5. In the earlier versions I had a horrid time with the editing blocks under certain page styles.

Now with the most recent update the editing blocks regardless of which page I chose just spins and spins.

I'm not a techie and do not have a lot of indepth knowledge of how to read code so please help the newbie!
