Problem with Template?

I'm having a problem with my templates since I upgraded to 5.4.2 Whenever I click on the "Edit Page" nothing happens. If I go to the Dashboard->File Manager, click on a file and click "Visit" I go to the page in edit mode, the lines are around the blocks but I get none of the Javascript menu options to edit. Has anyone else run into this issue?
