Problems with greek Text in concrete5

Hi everybody,
I'm new in concrete5 and I like it very much. I'm doing my first website at the moment and I have to put in a greek version of my site with greek letters. I have two questions:
1. Is it possible to write greek letters in the navigation? If I do it the browser shows only question marks.
2. How can I put greek texts as content? If I switch my computer to greek letters the browser shows them later but every letter who has an accent like ά,ώ,έ for example is also shown as question mark. So ήμερα looks like ?μερα.
