Product List Rollover images

Hi,
I have set up a site for a friend of mine and when we first installed the ecommerce software for the site we could have alternate images for the products in a product list. After a couple of weeks we have found that both the thumbnail image and alternate thumbnail image are displayed statically on the page, instead of as a rollover. Can anyone help me please?

I think there might be some Jquery conflict occur. try to disable all the other add-on and see whether it works OK or not.

I have been experiencing the same issue. Did you find a fix? Can someone else provide any insight to this please.

HI, I didn't actually find a solution to the problem, as it wasn't clear to me how to remove any other javascript conflicts on the page, as they could've happened anywhere within the page, not necessarily because of something I had done. The rollovers USED to work, but now don't so I don't know where to go from here. To solve the issue in the interim, I added callouts with the alternative image, instead of using the rollover.
