Hi all,
I've had this issue for ages now but I've decided to post because I can't upgrade manually either.
After assigning a license it doesnt appear on the project page. Sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt. Usually it doesnt.
I'm sure other people have experienced this. It's annoying.
