Publish Edits

I have downloaded Concrete5, through SimpleScripts on the Hostmonster site. I have edited the page, and hit 'publish edits' but when I go to the site, it still says it is being hosted by Hostmonster and there is no sign of any editing or creating of the website. What do I have to do or what have I done wrong?

Did you install Concrete in the root of the domain or into a subfolder?
Its very possible you're viewing a cached page, try clearing your browser cache or a use an alternate browser.
