Published edits show up on client's end only

I have a client who's managing a Concrete5 site and they're experiencing a strange issue. When they publish edits from within their network, those edits show up ONLY on their agency's computers, and not to anyone else outside the agency. However, when they tried publishing edits from a home computer, those edits showed up just fine from both within/outside their agency.

Is this a Concrete5 issue or an issue within the client's network? I'm not sure what to tell them and any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Are they running thier internal network web traffic through a proxy for security/monitoring of inhouse users? That would be my first guess.

I'm not too sure. I can ask them. The thing is, they were able to publish edits just fine (everyone could see them) until just recently. I don't know if they may have configured something differently on their end that caused this to happen. I'm not an IT specialist, so I wouldn't know what to have them look into on their end.

The symptoms you described are very strange. Besides a proxy issue, they could beusing some sort of replication scheme to duplicate their website for high traffic or redundency. Hard to say.
