publishing pdf-files

I have tried to publish a few pdf-files on a site. The documents are published onhttp://bakkelandets-friskole.dk/fredagsbrev/....
When following the link, the browser shows nothing, and the address bar showshttp://bakkelandets-friskole.dk/index.php/download_file/-/view/28... as the filename I try to access. Under "File details" in dashboard, the file has the ID 28, so the link seems to be all right ?
I have no access restrictions on it.
