Purchased theme not showing up

I bought a theme from the C5 marketplace, installed it OK, and then later I wiped my site clean to get a fresh start.

So now my site is back up, but the theme I purchased doesn't show up.

I manually uploaded the theme but it still doesn't show up.

Any suggestions?

Just speculating with the info provided:
If you uploaded the theme to the Package folder as usual, you would have to remember to then use the "Add Functionality" tab And click "enable" once the theme is showing as available.
If it doesn't show up at all, make sure you manually uploaded the correct Folder contents to "Packages"...
Just a shot in the dark... let us know more details if possible if it still doesn't work

Not sure if this is the same issue but I just purchased a theme from CX5 website but I do not see where I can get the theme to my site. I have an order number and the sellers name and this is all. No place to get this theme. ANy ideas that needs to happen?
