Purchased Themes

Just wanted clarity or confirmation that once one purchases a theme that it can be applied to any website. And also, if someone chooses to switch hosting providers, both supporting Concrete use, that the theme is "transferable".

The standard concrete5 license states you can use the purchased add-on/theme on one live site and one development site.

If you are switching domain name but keep the same project for your site you don't need to do anything. If the site dies completely you can release the license and apply it to a new site if you wish - as long as you don't use it on more than one site.
