Put default content in theme blocks?

How can I make my theme I make have default blocks activated? Like on the concrete default themes, there are slideshow, video, some text and html blocks installed right when the theme is activated. I would like to have some default dummy blocks pre-activated so the areas just dont look blank, you know? How can I do that?
Thank you.

Uh what?
Could you be a little more specific please?
And I do not see any specific packages that concrete default would use to insert the dummy stuff, so there must be an easier way...

Hi,

Under Pages&themes -> Page Types you can choose defaults.

Anything you add there will be on all the pages that is build on that template

Thank you.
Are you talking about where I circled in the attached picture, the package column?
If so, how do I get the package to be there? I click on defaults and it takes me to the page. I choose edit page, then add a block and publish edits. It says "initial version" in the publish notes. But it does not remain in the package column...

Hello Kino, I have tried to install you package but gives me an error installing,
page.php line 1972 i think.
Is it possible that your package is not installing in latest version?
Thanks
