I'm using a theme derived from Greek Yogurt. I've added a good amount of text to several pages, but the quotation marks and apostrophes are almost always appearing as straight, symmetrical characters instead of proper curly left/right characters. The few places where I do have curly quotes seem to be where I got lazy and pasted text directly from Word.

Is there a way to (a) change existing straight QMs & apostrophes to curly ones, and (b) set a preference for new instances to use the curly form?
