Re activate an exsiting page in the menu

Hello guys,

I'm new to Concrete5.

Im taking over the management of a site that was created in Concrete5. In Dashboard -> Full Sitemap, it shows a page under "about us" - called "meet the team" and if I visit the page, I can see that it has the correct content (pictures, bio info) about the team. However, it has been disabled in the menu - so from the home page I can see "About Us" but the "meet the team" page simple doesnt show here. So no one can navigae to this page.

i cant find any way to switch this page back on in the menu. Can someone tell me how to enable that page please?

You will need to edit the page attributes, specifically, the "Exclude from nav" attribute. In the dashboard, go to site map, and click on the disabled page and choose "Attributes". Look for "exclude from nav". If it is checked, you will need to uncheck it, and save. The page should now show up in the menu.

Thank for your reply PineCreativeLabs.

I have checked that area - I see it under "full sitemap" -> [selected the page] -> "custom attributes"

As far as I can see, it is NOT excluded see the screenshot attached. Or am I wrong/?

BTW if I click "Exclude from Nav" it explicitly says "Exclude from Nav" with a "YES" check box. That check box is not ticked by default.

In that case, it could be how the auto-nav block is set up. It might be that you don't have enough sub-levels activated to show all the relevant child pages. How is the auto-nav block configured?

Thanks - but...
the About Us Page has 4 sub-pages as follows:

About Us
About the Company (this is visible in the menu)
How to find us (this is visible in the menu)
Legal Information (this is visible in the menu)
Meet the Team (This is NOT visible)

So I don't think its how many levels deep - because other 3 pages are at sublevel 1 along with this page.

BTW - when you go into sitemap and click on the "Meet the Team" page there is an option for permissions. I saw that all the other 3 pages under About Us had "Who can view this page" ticked on Guest (only). On the "Meet the Team" page, there were no ticks meaning no one could view this page - so I thought I had found the problem. I ticked "Guest" (can view this page) but it didn't work. Still the option for Meet the Team is not visible on the other pages.

Any other ideas?
