I am trying to uninstall Youtube Gallery but I cannot seem to do it from "Add Functionality" section. Can someone assist me on what other ways I can do it please.

I have checked this and it is successfully uninstalled from 'Add Functionality' section . Please mention which version you have used and the error which you have got at the time of uninstalling the addon.
