Rearranging menu items — not functioning on ANY browser!

I am working with a site for a music festival, and they want their menu items rearranged. I am a Mac user, and have tried dragging the item in question from the Sitemap in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, to no avail. I have also tried clicking the item I want to move in the Sitemap, looking for the "Change Page Order" option, but I am not finding it. The list of options I get in the popup is as follows:

Visit (curiously, with a double-headed 'move' arrow icon next to it)
Properties
Set Permission
Design
Versions
Delete
Add Page
Add External Link

Since the "Visit" icon was the double-headed arrow that I would normally associate with "move," I clicked it, for grins. All it did was visit the page.

Anyone have any suggestions? I have already searched the forums, and tried everything suggested. Thanks.

Never mind! I solved it myself. Apparently, you must drag PRECISELY from the paper-shaped (or folder-shaped) icon in order to get the line that allows you to drop the item into a different location in the site map. That is very unforgiving! :-(

For future reference, if you use Flat View it's easier to move your pages than Full Site Map view.

Thanks, ProjbyP. Unfortunately, I don't have Flat View available on my dashboard. I'm sure it's because I am using an older version of Concrete5. I tried to upgrade to the latest version once, and my customer's site disappeared. So I guess I will have to live without Flat View!
