Rebuild with no concrete5 login info

I have been asked to take over a website for a small non profit. The site already exists and is linked to a concrete5.org account in the community. The problem is that the owner has no idea of the username or password for the concrete5.org account and does not know the email associated with the account. I have my own account that needs to be linked to the site. Any idea on how to accomplish this?

It likely will need the cooperation of the original developer. A lost password can be retrieved but it is emailed to the person the site is assigned to. If the site owners are not registered as such, the original developer can add another member (you for instance) as an associate, and then can be removed from the project leaving you or the client as the remaining person (people) on the project page.
Hope this helps :)
(of course, if the client has their own log in with admin privilege, you can do nearly everything but assign licenses from the project page)
