Redirect Loop

I have a redirect loop on one of my pages. Viewers sometimes get stuck in it, but it can be a big problem. It happens on multiple devices, so it is not a local cookie problem. It is happening on this page:http://starfireaerospace.com/media...

How do I fix it?

Hey DrakePanzer,

If you post a link of the page were it happens, you may be helped faster :)
I'm sure the C5 community will take a look into it!

Hey DrakePanzer,

I cannot access the Media page, is it still online?

It should be. What does the page look like to you?

Hey DrakePanzer,

Have you already tried to create a new .htaccess file?

What should I put in the new one?

Back up the old .htaccess and delete the .htaccess from the public_html.
Concrete5 will automatically create a new .htaccess

I can't find it. I have selected 'Show hidden files', but it's not there.

What FTP client do you use?
With Filezilla you can choose the option "force showing hidden files" under "server"

I found it. I forgot to make it show the dot files.

In the .htaccsess file there is nothing.

Hey DrakePanzer,

You enabled "pretty urls" which is located in the .htaccess file and as far as I can see is that the problem.

starfireaerospace.com/index.php/media is working fine but this is without the pretty urls

So I just paste the Pretty URL code into the .htaccsess?

I deleted the .htaccses form public_html, but it has not created a new one.

Hey DrakePanzer,

Did you make sure you also disabled "pretty urls"?

Ah! That worked!

Should I keep it off? I turned it back on, and it is working (but I don't know if it will stay that way).
