Registration page missing

If I go too single pages and click on "Register".
I get a page not found.
Am I going to the wrong place to find my registration page?

Registration page can be in either

http://www.domain.com/index.php/register/...
or
http://www.domain.com/register/...

But in both cases, you need to enable public registration before viewing this page. Otherwise it will show "Page not found!".

You can enable registration from Dashboard->System & Settings->Public Registration.

Two tanks to Rony for answering my question.
Now it seems easy, but I was unable to find the answer for more then an hour.
