Removing the "little dotted line" in the Plain Yogurt theme?

Hi,
I have a site that I am using that has been edited off the default theme. The problem I am having, is that before I updated to the most recent version, I had followed this post tohttp://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/usage/removing-the-andquo... to remove the little dotted lines.
After the update, they are back. I have checked the folders to see if the nav files are back, but they aren't.
Any ideas on how I can remove the little dotted lines again?
