Renaming items in a scrapbook not working in 5.4.2

I'm attempting to rename a scrapbook item from the default name given when using the 'Copy Block to Scrapbook' functionality used within a page in Edit Mode, but it's a no go. It will give the appearance of renaming (input box comes up, save button works and converts back to html text), but the actual item does not get renamed. Also, I noticed that as a result of this, it creates a duplicate, empty scrapbook with the space characters converted to '+', i.e. 'Main Site Elements' is duplicated as empty 'Main+Site+Elements'. Anyone else running into this?
I believe there's a bug ticket for this. I've had it happen before and have gotten around it by creating the multiple blocks I need and then going out of the scrapbook and back in again to change all the names of the blocks.
I didn't have any luck with that, but what I was able to do was rename the scrapbook to something without spaces, and then go inside and rename my blocks without any issues. I just reverted the scrapbook name afterward and it's good as gold.
I took the spaces out of my scrapbook name and my items vanished. But creating a new scrapbook without any spaces in the name worked perfectly. I can rename my new individual scrapbook items without any problems. I still can't rename items in the old scrapbooks with spaces, but I can live with that for now. Thanks!
