Repeating Block Issue

I have run into this issue a few other times, and I can't remember what I did to revert (tried previous version).

Out of the blue, I'll be making a few style/design or content changes, previewing, etc, and then on a preview, it will have a block repeat infinitely and cause the browser to crash. Not sure how this happens.

I deleted browser cache, cleared C5 cache, etc.
