Replica Test Page

Is there a way I can build a replica of my website for testing? I want to do some editing on the test page and when the time comes we can transfer that over to the original page.

Building a replica is a matter of copying files and database into a different directory and database.

However, once you have finished, you can't just copy part of a site back again.
