Report Permissions - At Report Level for Different Users/Groups

I have a club where various people manage their own areas / pages.
One function they use in particular is Forms (registrations) and Reports Results.
Current permissions have been set to Dashboard "View" and Reports "View". I do not appear to be able to control grant View at an individual "Report" level
Looks like they can see or export all. There are some reports I do not wish them to see.
I'd like to grant access to only those people that need access to their own report results - where the form has been initiated by them.
Any help, direction or thoughts would be very much appreciated

Other: I gave View access to Dashboard and they appear to have access to some functionality on "Pages and Themes", "System & Maintenance" and Sitewide settings" - Not sure I like that.
