Reset Password Not working

I have looked around and saw plenty of examples that would help an Admin reset there password, but I have Users that fill in their email address and the password instructions are never sent to them.

Any suggestions on how to get the Forgot Your Password working for Users?

What version of C5 are you using? I just tested and this function seems to be working in 5.6.1.2, but it could be a bug in your particular version.
