If this cant happen, then I want to get rid of concrete 5 and try a different website building program.

If you changed the THEME, the original theme can be regained by activating it at Dashboard > Pages & Themes > Themes.
If you want the original Page content back to the version before you edited or changed it, hover over EDIT and select VERSIONS... then tic the box infront of version 1 and reactivate it by clicking the "thumbs up" symbol.
To restore pages you completely erased go to Dashboard > Full Sitemap > select options (upper right) and tic the Show Systems Pages. You'll see the Trash Can visible in the sitemap and you can drag deleted pages from there to restore them :)

With the Versions tab open, look to the upper right of the listed versions. You should see a maginifying glass icon, a thumbs up icon, a Plus icon, and a Trash icon.
Once you tic the box in front of the version you want displayed, clicking the Thumbs Up should activate it

Deleting it and the associated mysql file on your server is your best option. If you don't know how to delete it, calling your Hosting Provider or hiring someone to do it for you may be the best.
