residual junk left after deleting themes and topics

I just changed themes, from Fundamental to Pixel, and even though I deactivated, and then deleted Fundamental, the blocks remain in the edit menu, with broken icon :( Anyone know how to get rid of them? Presumably, I would need to go into the database directly, which is no problem.

When I look in the System Environment, it also still shows all the themes I every used, but deleted

Framework Theme (1.7.7), Fundamental (4.0.5), HTML+PHP Code Block (1.0.1), Pixel Theme (2.1.2)

Similarly, I have deleted some topis trees, but they remain in the attribute lists.
