Rewards addon: non programmer, how to make rewards with form submittions

im making a kids reward program. i need to have parents or kids submit a form via drop down menu (example: exercise 10 min)and have reward points automatically given to the child's profile page. then have a way for parents to redeem the points (example: reward, ice cream points 10000) also drop down menu. can this be done by a non programmer?
