RSS Feeds/Content Block not Updating

Hi everyone,
I have 2 sites using Concrete5. The problem is that the RSS Feed Content Block does not update automatically. It only updates when I edit the block and publish it again.

The fix doesn't work either.
Is there anything else I could do to fix this?
