RSS feed issue

Am attempting to embed an rss feed via the standard block in C5.3.1.1.
UR is for Ex:http://news.google.com/news?pz=1&ned=us&hl=en&q=obama+tax+relief&output=rss
Putting this URL in the RSS block will generate show the feed in the block, but clicking on any one of the links will generate a "Redirect Notice" with the following message.
" The previous page is sending you to an invalid url.
If you do not want to visit that page, you can return to the previous page."
from Google. Same goes for Feedburner feeds and is the same in Chrome an IE.
?? Is this covered elsewhere?
