Hopefully you can assist me or further more provide me with information that I have not been able to find on any forums.

I running on version 5.6.2.1 and I am adding sales tax rates for California (which is close to 2,000 different rates). Previously when there were about only 200 rates installed, the different taxes codes would apply during the check out process when purchasing a product through my website. Now after installing about 1,000 more tax rates, I decided to do a quick test again to see all the rates are working. Now it appears the Sales Tax function is locked to charging only one rate. I've checked that all the sales tax rates are enabled and and completely filled out. I've also cleared the cache to update all the new data. However the sales tax is still locked to only one rate.

My immediate question is, can Concrete5 handle this many sales tax rates? Or is there an add-on best suited for this many rates? Is there any upkeeping I need to perform?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!
