Same conversation on multiple pages

Hello,
I'd like to be able to have 3 pages with the same conversation block. That means that every post that is made on any one of these pages should appear on the other.

Do you guys know a workaround for this?
Obviously Facebook comments or Disqus would do the trick (I'm using Disqus in the meantime). But I want to make it easier to comment anonymously and without the hassle of creating a new profile. The conversation block is a fantastic way to do that.
