Save a edited page inside c5 as template page

I'm wondering if there's a way to save a page that I edited inside Concrete5 as a Page Template.
Is that possible?

you can always duplicate the page using the move menu. otherwise you can make a template in the dashboard
the duplicate thing was ver helpful, but how I export my page content (ie, block here and there, img here and ther) to the template I've created?
