save block design as template

Hi there,
running latest v of c5
I am styling a block - adding border, margin, padding, custom font color.
Back in 5.6 it was easy to save these designs as templates to style similar blocks on other pages just like that.
I am looking for how to do this in c5.8 but can't find it ... any help? Or has this been removed
