Saved Search bug?

I'm using the advanced search function of the file manager. Now when i save a search and give it the name "test", i'm able to select my search in the saved search dropdown field.
Strangely, when i hit the delete button to delete that saved search, the dialog box asks if i want to delete a file set named "test".
Can somebody confirm that?
