Scrapbook error in dashboard

I am having a problem with the scrapbook tab in the dashboard. It was working great until I attempted to add a "StaffDirectory" block to it. I only filed out some of the fields and then added it to the scrapbook. Once submitted I have an error in my browser. My question is how do I remove the staffdirectory block or get the scrapbook working again? All I get when I go to the scrapbook tab in the dashboard is the same error after submission:
