scrapbook loads forever

Hi for some strange reason my scrapbook isnt working anynore. When ever i try to insert something the ajax loader spins forever amd the content wil not be inserted. This occured after i moved from my production server to the staging server. Even clearing and or disabeling the cache didnt fix the problem. Amy hint or help is needed.
