Scrapbook

I've created a global scrapbook which I have created text I want on each page.

If i then go backinto the scrapbook and edit the text this doesn't update everypage which has the content on. Is this working correctly? or do I have to manually update everypage?

I copied the item from the website. If i create the same content within the scrapbook it works.
