Search function not working 100%
Permalink
Hello,
This is VB, I am using latest concrete5 version, 5.7.6.8.
Website address:http://www.apexdyna.com.au/index.php...
I have a problem trying to get search function working...I already filled in alt description in every image.
--> I type in "AB" as there's a product called AB series and it does not show this product in search page at all. Same thing with all other products names.
What's missing? What's not working?
Thanks in advance
Victor

Have you run the Index Search Engine - All job in Dashboard -> System & Settings -> Automated Jobs (under Optimization)? This is how the page's content gets indexed for the search, once you run that you need to run the Index Search Engine - Updates job periodically to update the index.
Hello,
Yes I followed your steps as described above....
I get this error when I run the job - Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
Any idea why?

That's really strange, I have a site setup with a base install of 5.7.5.8 and I don't get that error. Can you get the full error report and check the line it's erroring on and see what it's missing?
Hello,
Where exactly can I find error report?
If it's in automated job - it shows red line of "Index Search Engine - All" and pop up shows the same issue as well.
If not, please be specific on where I have to look for this file?
Thanks

You'd have to check the PHP error log on your server. Unfortunately I can't give you specific instructions because this is different on every host.
