Search is case sensitive in older but updated version of Concrete5

I've added a search block to the left sidebar. The search is case sensitive for some reason in this install.
The problem site has been updated to the latest version of Concrete5 and is using the Office Space Theme (blue).
On a separate dev site I installed the search block and it's not case sensitive.
