Search Block doesn't work

Hi,
Well, I have setup concrete for a client site, it's running the 5.2 version (I can't move to 5.3 because of some packages dependencies). I ran the indexer job and everything went fine, but when I search for any word i still getting this: "There were no results found. Please try another keyword or phrase".
Running on local machine the search works fine.
Any ideas?

Did you find out anything? Search does not seem to work on localhost. I just indexed the site, but it won't find content.
The searches that we have implemented on some recent 5.3.2 sites when I do searches they only bring back results if the keyword is in the title or url of the page.
I can not get it to return any results from any of our content blocks.
Any help is appreciated. I have re indexed the site and copied an exact phrase from one of the pages and searched on it and it did not return anything.
