Seeing Profile Pages

Hi,
I have profile pages enabled and I've made custom attributes and I'm filling them in for each user. We are using this to store information about clients not really as profile pages.
I would like to be able to "see" all the profile pages of the members so far we have 183 users.
I know when you log in you can click on your name and see your profile page but as the admin I would like to brows each members page and have the ability to put those members into groups (already done) but then see all the profile pages of the members of that group with all their attributes etc.
Concrete.org has this functionality where you can click on a member and see their profile.
How do I do this?
