Send uploaded files as attachments and more

The situation is as follows:
I have multiple forms on my C5 website and few of them require the visitor to upload a file (text document). I would like C5 to send the form as well as the uploaded file as attachment to the designated e-mail address.
Also is there a way to remove the cols="50" rows="4" style="width:90% values from text areas? I need to apply exact width and height to text areas because I'm using a background image to get rounded corners effect and these values seem to interfere with my CSS settings.
