Serious Drag and Drop error in long pages.

Hello!
I'm facing a really big issue when dragging a block contained on a long page to basically anywhere! When I finish clicking on move and hold the left click button the problem begins. Even if I move the mouse/ my finger on the touch pad slightly the page automatically scrolls to BEYOND even the bottom.
Is this a genuine big or is something wrong with the theme: Innovation?
