Setting up custom Members page. Help

The profile pages look sort of proper. but the members list/roster page is a mess. it wont label them. If things are not entered it does not line up properly.

Anyone have code for custom pages I could look at to work from? Or have seen a guide on how to make custom?

The members list is lair out somewhat silly.
