Shopping cart with no gateway

I've built a site for a tour. I'm looking for a way to let registrants fill out a form online, choose the type of accommodation, insurance, if traveling alone or with a partner, etc - in short - several multiple choice questions, to each choice is a different price.

I need the form to calculate the total IE: what type of travel (single or with partner), what type of insurance policy (none/standard/expanded) and a few other multiple choice questions - then add up the total based on their choices before they enter their credit card information.

Does anyone know if there is an add on out there, other than the costly eCommerce (I don't need all those features) - that will allow me to create a shopping cart type form but that does NOT require a gateway payment (such as PayPal) and does not include shipping/tax as inherent features of the form?

Thanks!

Sounds like its Chad Strats Pro-events + booking http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/proevents-booking/...
(also needs pro events and C5 ecom)

Thank you, but I'm not looking to spend more than the $125 already spent :)

This is pretty custom, definitely doable. I wrote one that did tee times and hooked into paypal.

You could also look at foxycart, but that's probably overkill.

I think this is a single page with your requirements in a form, the back end generates your total and it renders a page with the details and then gives them a button to pay with paypal.

Again - I do NOT need any gateway, just a way to calculate monetary data collected from several multiple choice form entries.

Can I please message you in pvt for more assistance? You seem to understand what I need to achieve here :)

Unless of course you don't mind putting it out here, even better!

The company processes the credit cards directly through a machine :)

eCommerce express - no way to disable pictures and shipping, so not suitable.
I am looking into JotForm - thanks!
