Side Navigation bar

I want to get rid of the horizontal navigation bar and put one on the side. How would I do that? I am using the Urban theme.

Maybe I'm wrong but the Urban theme doesn't seem to be designed to have sidebar nav instead of horizontal navbar.

You should maybe ask directly to the creator of this theme.
