I loaded concrete five to build a new site. I logged into this new site and connot get the top edit commands when I select "edit this page". Also, when i do select edit this page I am being told that I am "signed in", but there are no command tabs at the top of the page. I decided to unload the new site and reload it again but I still experienced the same problem above. Any helpful information is appreciated. Thanks
