Single block permission problem

Hi,

is there any way to assign a single block editing permission and remove all other block editing permission on the page?

Until now I've done it manually by removing all editing permission one by one leaving the one I needed active. Is there a way to do it in a smarter way?

I already have advanced permission active but they are no help.
