Site completly hung off

Hello Community my site:http://adboni-info.christianbubeck.de/index.php...
hungs itself completely off after adding a video with the wrong fromat.
I could not login via admin page, i simply could do nothing.
the site is in maintenance mode so i could not reach the login without /login.
But this also does not work.
The site is all new so if this is a big thing to do i could delete the page with filezille and set all up again.
But i hope theres a bette way :)

your right the login works, but every time im logging in the same page appears and i could do nothing.
Look at my picture this is all waht i see on my page after login...

have you triedhttp://adboni-info.christianbubeck.de/index.php/dashboard...
If you are logged in it will take you straight to the dashboard
If you are not it will ask you to log in and then redirect you to the dashboard
you shouldn't see that error once on the dashboard and you should be able to do something like delete the page with the video or remove the block.
