Site Down PHP upgrade to 7.2 CGI

My site is down due to my inattentiveness. Dreamhost upgraded PHP to 7.2 and now I can no longer access my site. I'm running concrete5-8.1.0 which I'm guessing is not compatible. But now I can't revert to an older PHP. What is the best approach to fixing this problem? My site ishttp://www.intplant.com

If you have SSH access I would suggest following the instructions for Upgrading via the command line (Version 8 and above) - https://documentation.concrete5.org/developers/introduction/installa...

We have had success doing this for all v8 sites.
